01. First, check if the battery terminals are loose or corroded.
02. Make sure the battery connections are tight and properly installed.
03. Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage.
04. With the engine running at around 4,500 RPM, the charging voltage should read between 14V–14.5V.
05. If the voltage is low, the regulator/rectifier may be faulty.
06. Check whether the stator coil is supplying proper current.
07. For maintenance-type batteries, add distilled water if the fluid level is low.
08. An old or damaged battery may fail to hold a charge properly.
09. Watch for unnecessary lights or accessories that may be draining extra power.
